Rich Hackenberg – Soccer Administrator, Trainer, Coach
My second vocation is that of a Professional Soccer Coach.  I coach competitive youth soccer and specialize in skills.  I am also a Certified Speed, Agility and Quickness Coach and run several programs for young athletes.  I not only coach but live a very active and fit lifestyle that includes playing competitive soccer. I am a former High School and College Player who is still very active in Adult Leagues.  I have been associated with the game as a player since Age 6 and as a coach since Age 15.  Locally, in Western, PA, I have been a board member of community-based programs, adult soccer, and Club Soccer.  The programs that have been introduced and created have been so out of a recognition of a need in this area.  The primary goal has been to try to improve the quality of soccer and available training in the Western PA Community.  In many cases, these unique programs have been either the first or only one of their kind in the area.  I have spent the last 15 years assessing the local landscape and offering a different approach to coaching and training.
